Oh my, I can tell you weren't the top of your math class...
NAV is around $15 if you EXCLUDE the dilutive effects of the $300MM converts that come due at the end of the year. Even if you assume $15 conversion price, that adds another 20MM shares, creating ~35% dilution, dropping NAV below $10. That excludes any of their $250MM debt facility they may access as drilling progresses.
But go ahead and buy. You surely are right with your "math"...
