It could also be $ 10 by September if they have more dusters.  That said, I think risk-reward is reasonable - they should hopefully get development approval in their other fields in India, bringing substantially more 2P back on to the books next year.

 

 Drilling remains speculative and high risk and the market will not be kind if more dusters.  Nor will the market fully reward success as many underwater shareholders will take any pop to get out - with such a drastic fall in the last two years, will be a continual struggle to offset disgusted sellers.
