RE:this trades like a penny stockI  agree  as long  as they are not the operator,  let a BP  or XOM  find  the motherlode, they  got the best engineering in the world,  then  take   the sure shot residual.  with 37  million acres I  aint greedy   .Thers plenty of money    if   you   find oil  instead  of  dry holes  on even a fraction of that land.
