you are correct insiders are selling massive amounts of stock to buy notes. Why because if there is a slim chance they get a buyer they will getg paid and the shareholders may get nothing. it is a win win even if the noteholders takes over they are still in and the shareholders getting nothing. u have 001 selling to each other to rise the volume to get people intreseted and when they bought .32 to .33 they unloaded level 2 is there
