He lurks around all sorts of billboards that have action, imminent or soon to be, and posts his bag of pumper sht trying to lure people into his scam. I have fallen a few times into the trap, not necessarily through this dork, but others maybe like him, or him all along, who knows. I have made money and lost money.<br>
