Vote.You were a registered share holder as of August 9, 2016, so you get to vote, even if you have since sold your shares. Those are the six points they will vote on at the AGM as well as discuss/disclose any further business. Not that hard to comprehend and definately not a scam. It's in your best interest to vote either way you feel as a shareholder.
