If this is the case. I think this is great news. Niko has more time now to get their stuff together. Hopefully the lenders are okay with this and will grant us another extension. I also believe that Niko us downplaying their most recent sale. Hopefully we can get the SP in mid 20s and mid 50s by the end of the year. That's all I'm praying for
