RE:RE:Niko seeks discharge of HC ruleMy understanding of the PB case was that with the guilty plea and fines paid back in 2009 all charges were dropped and no further action could be taken concerning the procurement issue. If the HC concurs with Niko and discharges the request by Bangladesh then that should clear the way for the payment to Niko if the ruling is upheld by the ISCID.
A lot of if to be sure. At least things are in the works. One way or the other....
