Hello Expatman. Good to see your still looking for clues to whats going to happen here. I think Bangladesh just keeps throwing up road blocks to try and bankrupt Niko! I'm shocked at the last 
procedural order about production of documents. I thought that issue was settled in Dec. 2020, but no 7 months later Bangladesh is still asking questions! I think an award will be announced this year. Will Bangladesh pay?!
Concerning Jan Palsson, I was surprised they hired him too. 11 years after the original case, we still don't have a settlement! Why not rehire him though, since he knows the case inside out!
