Why is the stock going down?

Why is the stock going down?It seems like everyone is very hot on NMX. Yet after the announcement today about TSX the stock went up a bit but then even lower to 1.42. I get that it is still very much speculative but shouldnt this news boost confidence in the stock? 

Just wondering what your thoughts are.
