There will be no dilution: here's why.
There will be no dilution: here's why.Translated from the French version .... bottom ...
In recent years the Government of Quebec consistently takes a 10% position in the capital stock of all new mines which opens on its territory. Investissement Quebec (property of the Government of Qc) owns 10% of shares of NMX.
The political will of all governments of Quebec, no matter the political party in power in recent years is to maintain a 10% interest in the common shares in all new mines in the territory.
NMX is no exception to this principle and will not do.
CDPQ https://www.cdpq.com/en (the '' pension plan '' citizens of the Province of Quebec) has assets of 250 billion $. It can easily take a 100 or 200 million with a syndicate of lenders to finance the mine. The Societe du Plan Nord could also finance necessary infrastructure NMX.
In any case, the Government of Quebec will maintain its 10%: therefore no dilution is possible.

Version d'origine
