RE:RE:investor interest gaining momemtumI agree with Beaubebe's timeline. I also speculate that the deal is already set in stone (more or less) and Nemaska is already working out the kinks and paperwork. My father told me that these types of deals take months to prepare and finalize, inasmuch the deal has already been more or less agreed upon. 80/20 seems very reasonable for both potential parties (since risk would be almost nonexistent for the investor). At what share price would that 20% be offered for? Probably 1.05 again as I do not see nmx going any lower than 1$. This should hardly dillute the stock in the long run, and no matter the details of the pricing the SP should rise due to the project being derisked.
