Consider the price at which the shares have been floating lately was pricing the uncertainty in how they would finance the whole thing, along with the possibility of the project never really going through or being bought for pennies by another entity.

I imagine the bumb we see now may not last long but it doesn't mean it's going to go much further back down either. value-wise this restricts the range in which the stock can be valued/devalued (assuming they don't mess things up and require more financing yet AGAIN). I think the 0.22 price at which the stock was sitting lately was probably quite pessimistic.

Point is, the *ish show and possibility of terrible financing deal was already priced, at least partially. So I don't think it's obvious that it will get much worse for the moment.
