RE:DisvestcoDifferent circumstances; Diverco should have filed for bankruptcy, not CCAA, that s why the company moved so quickly to sell its assets.  IMO The reality of nmx is very different.  Unlike diverco which was offering a service that was widely available in Canada. Nemaska will be one of a kind and there is a lot of interest for the company to succeed. It is an educated gamble...
