Different circumstances; Diverco should have filed for bankruptcy, not CCAA, that s why the company moved so quickly to sell its assets.  IMO The reality of nmx is very different.  Unlike diverco which was offering a service that was widely available in Canada. Nemaska will be one of a kind and there is a lot of interest for the company to succeed. It is an educated gamble...

Point is that TSX resume trade after CCAA request, not impossible TSX resume also NMX trade allowing to exit ... will not avoid big losses.
