In the event of a class action what would be left for retail investors after creditors and other semi-securized holders split the assets ? A class action for common stock holder would tell all what went sideways with this project, right now no transparency and as allways with NMX no clear informaiton. In the end , if you read the post and follow social medias, the common holder think they have a chance of getting their money back, they are one again decived. As a stock holder in won quite a few class actions in the past thr most famous where Tyco and Nortel in both case we won, in both case we got just few $1.00. My take is if youre in there to get more info on what happend ok, but if youre expecting to get any $$ back you will be very bitter at the end of the process.
