RE:Little positive point in Pwc report

RE:Little positive point in Pwc reportA must read for clarity on the current situation. There are many interesting points contained within this summary, no more so than Section F, Point 67 regarding the Pallinghurst proposed deal;
  • The investment proposal cannot be implemented before the expiry of the exclusivity period on December 31, 2019
Meaning that even if Pallinghurst wanted to proceed, they are restricted in doing so by the conditions of the agreement until at least 31 Dec. In addition, why would the PwC Report actually highlight this fact?

TeddyBear wrote: say little as for retails better to not be optimistic, but can wait long with cash in hand (C$48M) not even considering restricted cash (C$57M), see annex A.

Even if a few % probability to get pennies for retails, wait and see anyway.
