Guy Bourassa video

Guy Bourassa videohttps://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/commodities/video/nemaska-lithium-s-plans-to-use-1-1b-financing-for-lithium-extraction-mine~1415842

at minute 5:30...is the comment that I picked up on when video was released...
"We don't see that coming"
A CEO of a company should be able to see anything coming and have a plan, a backup plan and a backup plan to the backup plan...
When the management (CEO) does not "see that coming...." it means they are not prepared and in case that "does come..." he is putting your money at risk.
If I was on the board of directors, he would have been called in and explain the comment as well as action plan to counter it in case "that does come"
BAD management
BAD board
I was warning investors about that same possibility that over suply may happen due to prices being to high and seniors will ramp up production...that is why I picked up on the comment.

this is just a small example of many small things that I raised red flags on over the almost 3 years...

every red flag does not mean lose complete confidence but all together over a couple of years will make you lose a lot of confidence.

NMX "vision" was very good. Even I was invested with almost 400,000 shares when the price was at 0.80 - 1.10 and on its way to riches and I am not sold into the Climate BS but I saw the opportunity in battery...
I played the waves selling and buying back to accumulate but lots of small red flags encouraged me to unload everything at 1.54 back in Jan 2017
I unloaded a little too early as I saw lots of pumping I wasn't sure when it was going to tank...it went on for another 6 months all the way to 2.40 before it tanked...I didn't want to take that risk...
I am still happy with my profits as with the way I played the waves it more than doubled my money...

NMX as you know it is now DONE.
A junior in NMX's position is impossible to recover...SP is at garbage levels, about to be delisted, insolvent under CCAA protection, NOONE WILL INVEST IN a junior in this position.
In my OPINION the LONGS can say goodby to their long retire from NMX on dividends dream, start saving so you can invest in the new company if it ever comes.

The company will dissolve at some point and someone will eventually buy the claims and mining rights and possibly go public again, of course as new entity all together. I will keep an eye on that for sure.
It is important to find out who is buying it, who the management team is, what their financial backing is and what their plan is....
we all know the deposit is there and the possibilities are there for a new comer with deep pockets and experience in the sector.
