RE:RE:Retail needs a lawyer nowNot true, you can launch a class action with one share, but following CCAA no class action possible till end of procedure (assuming will make sense after).

Retails could be represent by an insolvency lawyer but need to team retails (good luck) and that a lawyer find enough economic interest to work on contingency basis, otherwise retails need to hire and pay an insolvency councel (good good good luck)
