RE:RE:What potential to list on TSX-VYes I do TeddyB, here is an extract from my last correspondence;

  1. What happens now with the shares? 
  2. The shares will remain suspended from trading. The Corporation may apply for relisting of the common shares on the TSX (or TSX-V) upon emerging from the CCAA process, as the case may be.
  3. This matter will be further discussed with our legal and strategic advisors, among other subjects, during the working sessions to come, which pertain to establishing a plan to restructure our affairs. The Corporation’s intention is to have its shares trading again once it emerges from CCAA (TSX or TSX-V). It is too early in the process to comment any further.
It is reassuring that the intention is to relist, and by the wording this would be in the projects current structure?
