It was from PG Oct/19. I believe because NMX went into a CCAA, that the SISP is part of the process. "are seeking parties interested in acquiring or INVESTING in the business or the assets of the Companies in a manner that is determined to be a superior offer to the Recapitalization Plan under the CCAA process."....Recapitalization is the restructuring of a company's debt and equity ratio. The purpose of recapitalization is to stabilize a company's capital structure. Some of the reasons a company may consider recapitalization include a drop in its share prices, defense against a hostile takeover, or bankruptcy.
