4 sale...

Does this mean that the Pallinghurst deal is over and done with now? Would they not have just picked up where they left off if the deal were still on the table? They did say before that they were negotiating with other parties showing interest. I guess, come Feb 28th, we'll find out just how true that was... or was it just another "Trumpism"? Love it though, the term ""teaser" letter".

The SISP is intended to generate interest in either a recapitalization of the Corporation, or in the business or its assets, with the goal of maximizing return in respect of the Corporation's assets and potentially creating the foundation of a plan of compromise or arrangement for all stakeholders of Nemaska Lithium.

The SISP procedures will commence on February 28, 2020 with the transmission of a "teaser" letter to potentially interested parties. The deadline for submission of non-binding letters of intent is April 17, 2020, with a target closing date of the transaction in mid-August 2020.

SISP is the option before Liquidation...if any secured or new investor is interested in either investing or buying the assets... Investing = no investor will invest in NMX the way it is. Retail shareholders have to go...too many shares and too many obligations Buying the assets is usually an offer that is probably greater than Liquidation then there is the absolute guess of mine over a year ago ...more
