RE:RE:4 sale...

RE:RE:4 sale...SISP
is the option before Liquidation...if any secured or new investor is interested in either investing or buying the assets...
Investing = no investor will invest in NMX the way it is.
Retail shareholders have to go...too many shares and too many obligations
Buying the assets is usually an offer that is probably greater than Liquidation

then there is the absolute guess of mine over a year ago:
that was way before all the events happened...so accuracy of it was just a guess, the direction of it...right on

It was from PG Oct/19. I believe because NMX went into a CCAA, that the SISP is part of the process. "are seeking parties interested in acquiring or INVESTING in the business or the assets of the Companies in a manner that is determined to be a superior offer to the Recapitalization Plan under the CCAA process."....Recapitalization is the restructuring of a company's debt and equity ratio. The purpose of recapitalization is to stabilize a company's capital structure. Some of the reasons a company may consider recapitalization include a drop in its share prices, defense against a hostile takeover, or bankruptcy.
