RE:RE:RE:Jacques MalletteMick, I respect your opinion and your contribution a lot, but for me, it becomes pretty obvious for me that Guy Bourassa wanted to sign the pallinghurst deal and that government didn't want the deposit to stolen by a majority position.
Know that i have nothing against Guy and i would like to emphasize his work wich has helped to move the project forward. But now is time to have new leadership.
Soliciting investor and potential buyers is the most logical action under the circumstances. This solicitation process takes into account 2 elements which should give more power for Nemaska.
These two elements are TIME and COMPETITION
TIME gives more analysis, more offers, more possibilies and more competition.
COMPETITION create a race, more unthusiam as well a better price.
Now we just have to see if they want to include the existing shareholders. I believe so because it would be very frowned upon for the Government to steal from small shareholders.
Of course the government will participate in the financing.
