RE:Taking a company private

RE:Taking a company privateOnce again, yesterday May 3, 2020, our Minister of the Economy, Pierre Fitzgibbon spoke of the economy with transportation electrification projects. In the television program ( Tout Le Monde En Parle ) Mr Fitzgibbon even talked about minerals, recycling and battery manufacturing. He also mentioned that investor want to invest in Quebec and that government will be there to charge the battery.

Mr. Fitzgibbon can't let us down.

Why the new investor ( probably Quebec ) would want screw the shareholders when he can take control of 70 to 90 % of the compagny with new share issues?

Their comments should be taken into consideration.

Mr. Pierre Fitzgibbon ,Francois Legault, Jonathan Julien et Guy Leblanc have talked too much.

Quebec has an opportunity, it is up to them to seize the opportunity.

I remain confident for the moment.
