The degree of expressed interest, and the ability of the process to weed out unqualified bidders suggests that there is indeed some competition. The assets (and project) are worth more today, in my opinion, than some months ago, since the industry prognosis is looking better. The timing for a relaunched building project couldn't be better in terms of coming on line just as new battery plant/automotive manufacturing demand really takes off. The only question now (to be resolved in a matter of weeks) is to what extent existing shareholders are included.
