Here's a better idea: Let's have a shotgun sale, in which you propose a price.  Another shareholder to whom you have made the offer can sell you his or her shares, OR, he or she can refuse and buy all of yours at the same price.  That forces honesty in your evaluation, since you may have to buy or sell.

Just for fun, what would your price be?
