RE:RE:RE:wilfully misleading investors is fraud

RE:RE:RE:wilfully misleading investors is fraudThis is a big subject Mick...
When I say "deregulate" you think one thing and think another...

Why some areas you can built a mine quick and other you wait for 2 years to get a permit?
Unless you know people and then you get it easier...in this case only a few can make it, the same once that contribute to the party elections = corruption

Deregulate the unnecessary regulate the necessary...thousands of regulations are unnecessary.

Why in one province you can go get a building permit in a couple days and another province 6 months for similar project? why on acrage you can't build 2 houses unless you sub-devide?

Why you can fish on one river from bridge A to bridge B but not from C to D?
Too many stupid regulations that mean nothing for the connected...

Got gold?

And don't give me it these are exceptional cases, the directors of these companies should be held liable for not having enough contingency. Why do they not, because they maximise return to people like us. Deregulate my ar$e....;-{

So IQ got more than 2x original investment out of NMX therefore the curent holdings are free.

I also pointed out that allowing the Gov. to spend your hard worked money is also not a good idea.

Your Gov. promotes all kinds of stuff promissing the big promisses but the only thing that is for sure is they increase your tax, if you complain about it, they tell you it was for increasing jobs and QC LI ...excuses...

Gov should stay out of investing people's money they should legislate, cut some taxes and deregulate the billion regulations and let the people and markets do the rest.

Got gold?

and maybe the government is an active participant  in this fraud .
they knew or should have known that the project was not fully funded from the outset .
they knew that GB didn t have the sufficient qualifications
they played this game repeatedly now of setting small investors up to finance deals that are too risky to be funded  by normal means .
they shouldn t be allowed to be part of the solution since they provoked the crisis in the first place and in all likelyhood .
they shouldn t be allowed to promote any other project in quebec any more .
we didn t have access to nordic trustee contracts ,the government did .

maybe this is a swindle
and the government could be held accountable ,

investors have nothing to blame themselves for .
they were bamboozled and it seems a government policy to bamboozle their own citizens ,
maybe they should stop the crooks instead of blaming the victims .like put them in jail :)

so we ll sue
if we dont get compensation
:)
