if they cant establish a lithium industry in quebec .
the problem is not that lithium has no value . .
the problem is that the lithium is not (yet) available in quebec because the lithium is promised to a whole bunch of outsiders .offtake agreements which leave quebec without lithium to sell and emptyhanded .you cant promise lithium you don t have and will never dispose of .
in that case quebec lithium is indeed worthless .
because of the punitive transport costs .
if lithium doesnt become available for quebec , put a cross on all of it .
fitzgibbon is preparing us for this but doesn t know how to break it .
