Can anyone enlighten me as to why a Minister would know the details of the SISP process (when the judge will decide), and yet we, the shareholders are in the dark?

“A court judge looks at different offers. I don't know what these offers are, ”Minister Fitzgibbon said, referring to a possible court ruling“ probably within 48 hours ”. An email sent to Nemaska Lithium to find out if any decision is expected in the coming days went unanswered.
