Malheureusement, d’aprs les modalits de l’offre et la contrepartie devant tre reue par l’entit restante de Nemaska Lithium, les porteurs d’actions ordinaires de la socit ne recevront aucun paiement ni aucune distribution l’gard de leurs actions ordinaires dans le cadre des procdures en vertu de la LACC, et ne dtiendront aucune participation dans la nouvelle Nemaska Lithium suivant la ralisation du plan de compromis ou d’arrangement.
