The monitor of ccaa ,pricewaterhousecoopers,
is directly connected to guy leblanc
who was appointed by mr fitzgibbon to head the IQ.
pricewaterhousecooper is the monitor of our ccaa if i understand it correct .i dont know if they have an influence on the process ?a lot of coincidences though .or quebec politics only becoming clearer .
