Thanks dalesio, you continue to provide relevant and useful communication for us neanderthals who are not on FB... :-) So it looks like the alternative bid B was not given enough time to finalise their finances, and you it was the highest bid? And had the least dilution? And it incorporated most common shareholders (with the exception of what looks like IQ & SB combined) This is either rotten to the core, or the board are weak people bullied by others and are not fit to be in a position of decision making... :-{ WHY WOULD THEY EXCLUDE THE HIGHEST VALUED BID SO CLOSE TO THE LINE??????
