From the 09/09/20 Court Motions & Orders - The exchange of the shares of NMX held by the shareholders for common shares of New ParentCo, resulting in New ParentCo becoming the successor reporting issuer and NMX becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of New ParentCo. (and NMX ceasing to be a reporting issuer)..... The cancellation with no consideration of all MNX warrants, stock options and any other securities convertible into or exercisable for common NMX shares..... Funny this is what I mentioned awhile ago about switching out shares from the new company cuz the shares wouldn't cost them 1 red cent and just cancel the warrants!!
