So why wasn't the Edda bid (assume bid B) not given more time when it was explicitly including existing shareholders. Surely that is in the best interests of shareholders, and that is what the directors are paid to do - look after the best interests of their employers.... :-/

I am aware now the RAN have called for a special shareholder meeting (SSM), does that have to be approved by the judge, or will the SSM take place after the ruling (and then we go down the class action route)?

You are all doing a brilliant job at the RAN and all your efforts are much appreciated.... ;-)

All on Nemaska Facebook group. Press conference link to Liberal Deputy Derraji and RAN's Alain Clavet. -- Several Minister Fitzgibbon comments at Zone Economie (Radio-Canada) made on Sept. 14th were refuted by Alain Clavet and Liberal Deputy Derraji during yesterday's press conference. -- Manifestation went well, there were over 60 shareholders and a volunteer. You ought to view the photos of the signs that were professionally printed.

Something or somethings happened for Edda to not submit 5% deposit after being recognized as a qualified bitter. Alain Claret's press conference may shed some light on the matter.
