Question for RANor our lawyer - do we know if IQ have signed an Exclusivity Agreement with Pallinghurst? This is what went a long way in putting NMX in trouble in the first place and would be extremely bad negotiating on the part of IQ if that were to be the case (no lessons learned). Excellent deal making by PL by rendering all their competitors in the SISP process $300m in the red before a ball is kicked, but terrible for everyone else (especially us). That would explain why Fitzgibbon is doubling down, they f#cked up.... :-(
