the request that Baboon Alain made was Childish at best, so there is proof of unreasonable requests. FB group threatened Fitz; Do this or we vote you out...that also doesn't go good in courts.

You should have gotten a good law firm outside of Quebec that is noyt afraid to go after a corrupt system in Quebec.
A good lawfirm would have the money to put out and get paid when you win.
You got a bad quebec lawyer that was probably also invested in NMX...and needed money upfront ($100 each)...
You should have gone from very beggining after NMX management and board, they all had insurance...
The NMX management lied to people in order to get investment. I know they did because I believed them too but as soon as I smelt a lie I got out.

Start looking at Oct 2016 NR's and compare with stockhouse posts and media, match the dates and look at SP... a good lawyer would do that in discovery...a good lawyer would be able to see what happened and prove in courts that it was all a set up in order to get the SP higher so they can get the financing....maybe it wasn't done in bad faith but it was done illegally in good faith that turned bad (just like I told you at the time)

In one of my posts I did mention a true events movie about a scam, it started in good faith that had to continue in order to feed all the acumulated lies and turned into a big scam...true events in US with a small cleaning company that became a big scam on stock market and never cleaned a thing...
I believe that's where NMX was; lied with good intentions, then had to lie to keep the money rolling and became a big scam...

Start looking at Doris anouncements, the Doris FS NR and then cancelation: when was it officially canceled? when did they release the NR? why did they keep the narrative going knowingly it will not happen?
and from there on was lie after lie...the coordonation of lies were NMX and a number of other antities like Anon pumps in stockhouse and themoneyBS...once Anon got credibility here, he had small people like Electricman continuing the narrative discrediting people like me...

Anon talked too much, not a smart person...many times he bragged about the amount of shares and options he had...and he posted (I verified at the time in my Level 2) the amount he put for sale so no shorter can borrow his shares witch is also stupid to do. Not a bright person...he also posted not once that he "Advises" GB and has 3 way conference calls with GB and another guy from BC...to me right away was a red flag...GB gives them Narratives to push once a week....Anon is as dumb as F.&^ck and GB is not better either...

in order to win anything, you have to go step by step:
step one: get a good lawyer outside Quebec PERIOD, anything else and you're wasting your time.
