RE:RE:The NMX Lithium Shareholders Group
RE:RE:The NMX Lithium Shareholders Group You can't "refuse" to pay the secured creditors...they demand you pay them back...
It would encourage those creditors to put a lock on the door and call in the sherif and auction it off...

Can we still have a shareholder meeting and dump the existing board? Then refuse to release the remaining funds to pay the secured (and non secured) creditors remaining. This would encourage those creditors to vote against the proposal, and /or leave a little in the pot for shareholders?

We are now organizing for a class action with another lawfirm on the basis of legal fees based on a % of domages obtained by our group. Our group consists of about 1750 members who have submitted their proxies to us. and who will benefit possibly of our class action. As you know a judge has to approve such a class action. If you are a NMX shareholder and wish to join us sent us an email requesting the proxy form, at nmxinvestorsgroup@gmail.com
