Bucur is sent to court for taking bribes, but in the same case appears the name of an important businessman from Prahova, whose name I also met in, perhaps, the most famous case investigated by DNA Ploieti: the file Hidro Prahova, in which many personalities from the county, but also national politics - among which were Victor Ponta, his mother, as witnesses, but also Iulian Heranu, the brother-in-law of the former prime minister, Sebastian Ghi, Mircea and Vlad Cosma etc, - gave with the undersigned before the anti-corruption prosecutors.
The character is none other than Pavel Bejan, the administrator of a construction company in Bneti (Arcade), who denounced the former local PNL councilor, Ionu Ionescu, later accused in a case separated from the Hidro Prahova case.

However, Pavel Bejan's name appeared in the local press in the summer of 2014, when a worker working on the extension of the Cmpina municipal sewer was caught under a bank. The victim's wife then came with a series of accusations against Bejan, the owner of the company where her husband was employed. The woman, accused at the time, that her seriously injured husband had been forgotten on a bed in the County Hospital, without the company's representatives getting involved with a minimum of help, not even the salary was paid on time.
About this Pavel Bejean we find out that he is again involved in a scandal. He is the administrator of a commercial company about which the prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Prahova Court say that he would have bribed the policeman Ionu Bucur, called Balon, more recently Aspirina. The money, but also various works executed by Bejan's company at the house of the policeman's in-laws, were for the favorable settlement of a complaint filed by Bejan at the 4th Police Station in Ploieti.
„(…) During September-December 2015, based on the same criminal resolution, while in the exercise of his duties, Bucur Ionu claimed and received from the defendant Bejan Pavel, in 9 cases, sums of money, in the amount of 16,700 lei, as a loan, and services consisting in carrying out works of connection to sewerage and municipal utilities at the house located in Vlenii de Munte, registered in the name of his in-laws, amounting to 20,000 lei.
Also, BI received, in 7 rows, sums of money in the amount of 11,400 lei, for the purpose of non-fulfillment of duties and in order to reward the activity performed, respectively to solve a work pending before the 4th Ploieti Police Station, following the notification formulated by BP, in favor of the latter, ”it is shown in a communiqu of DGA Prahova.
Pavel Bejan is also sent to court, under judicial control, for bribery, in the same case as Bucur.
