RE:RE:RE:Damages caused to 24 000 family shareholders of NMXNemaska 2.0 could not be hurt, only the empty shell and cashless NMX 1.0 and probably past management (CEO, technical advisors, ...) who blatantly lie on sudden overcost discovery (everything fine in 2018 AGM, $400 millions missing shortly after).

Even if tiny chance to win anything, beauty for those who participate in class action evaluation cost is to done it at low cost, so make lot of sense to try for those ready to put C$50 on the table.


TtT, I personally have no 'dreams' of receiving a cent from anyone associated with the 'old' Nemaska 1.0, the Canadian justice system has revealed its 'tier 1' credentials. But if I can in any way make things awkward for Nemaska 2.0, I will participate for the sake of a few additional dollars.
