if you find all the crapp he did and put it together a lawsuit can be possible... but too bad is in Quebec.. Back over a year ago I wrote to Sec and they replied saying they forwarded to Quebec sec because its a quebec company...it died there... how do u spell CORRUPTION?

yes but they trade on TSX in Toronto, should be federal law at some point.

Usually when you are a big company on the TSX and your share price go under 0,15$ you are delisted and the company split for themself the rest...Not a good news. I dont think it will be possible to sell again Nemaska shares. If it does it will go quickly i few days to 0,01$.

Do not trust, Stornoway trade at less than 15 cents for several months, it is then Qc who kill it by delisting.

Under 0,15$ the company have problem with legislation and TSX so it go bankrupt. Beside that price most of the time it not even possible to trade for commun people. You dont believe that,good for you. You seem to have a lack of judgment.

15 cents minimum price is fantaisy 4 A quick Google for Toronto Stock Exchange regulations provided "Part VII Halting of Trading, Suspension and Delisting of Securities." Teddy Its not possible to trade the stock . Even if you try at ,02$ it wont work. Its not the commun supsension for too much transaction. Its in termination phase idiot!
