Bye bye NMX ... Calgary is right.

Bye bye NMX.TO according to Mr. Bourassa's project: The Minister will do nothing. The Government will not save NMX and small investors.

The cost of investing in NMX for the Government is almost $ 0. the

The proof is that on Dec. 15. 2017 / CNW Telbec / - Ressources Qubec inc. (“RQ”), acting as an agent of the Government of Quebec, today sold 14,705,882 common shares of Nemaska Lithium inc. (“Nemaska”) at a price of $ 1.82 per share, for a total consideration of $ 26,764,705. On the same day, the Gouv du Qc exercised enough options received for a few cents and maintained its shareholding. His investment is almost at a cost of $ 0 in NMX.TO (go to ...)

All the government could do is have the mine begin operations within 5 years with a new experienced operator. The Shawinigan plant may not be completed. This is not a priority for the Gouv du Qc. Also, the minister will not worry about the old and small investors / speculator in the dream of Nmaska. This is not his job. He cannot politically justify a rescue operation for former shareholders of NMX. The people of Quebec would not forgive him. He will be in election in 3 years.

I'm glad someone checked on it...I've been saying it for a long time but noone ever bother to check it but simply found it easier to bash me... To hide it from public eyes it was transfered to unknown entity and then probably dumped on the market under institution 01... I bet that if anyone would have the courage to investigate you'd find a lot of corruption...however the ...more

Calgary, Your statement or assumption about the true buyer is false + ou - . There was no fraud or embezzlement between Investissement Qubec and the buyer in 2017. The real buyer for December 2017 is a firm from England. She is called Lansdowne Partners UK LLP, 5 Davies Street London, W1K 3AG United Kingdom as per his website https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/1186631D:LN. … ...more

it is not false. NMX has not released any NR about it, however there was NR about them investing. Also most sites that I was looking at the time it showed as share transfer and not sale. That is the reason I asked others to look into it. If I had investments in NMX I would have found it but no interest to do so...I just simply brought it up as a subject... Question; if the Gov. had faith in NMX ...more
