Legal feedback for CCAA

My buddy got feedback from a high ranking lawyer in CCAA proceeding.

Shareholders could be represent in CCAA proceeding, but they come last after creditors, so need to define if make sense in this case (business case).

nothing new here ! The common holders are left with $0.00 , please stop speculating on any other outcome !

Who are the secured creditors in your opinion? IQ only has common shares. softbank has common shares . who is the wolf ?

Pas grave...ils vont fermer et repartir a zero avec IQ et pallinghurts en dehors de la bourse.

You may be close to the realistic outcome than you imagine Bismuth. But with one caveat, they also keep retail on board, not for the gambler fraternities sake, but for the First Nation small investors benefit. You see First Nation do have to agree to any change to their original agreement with Nemaska and local people's acceptance figures high in Pallinghurst (PL) mission statement ...more

You think pallinghurst is still in the picture after all of this? They must've known about the bonds and were hoping for a settlement prior to December 31st? A new deal would probably be for lower than 25 cents a share. good point about the cree  nation which still showed support recently to nmx on Twitter.... well see

PG not clear if still in the loop , maybe already looking for other projects without great baboon, many opportunities.

Do not overfocus on first nation, they will get special treatment ... except if you are yourself a first nation member. First Nation loan C$16M to great baboon at 4-5% interest and already mention they support NMX after CCAA.

And they will list again, as PL done with Jupiter Mines in 2018. The big question is, who will still be on board? Will they wait until in production, what stock market etc. There is a multitude of scenarios, I hope we're around to participate... :-)
Comment by ewaltz22 on Jan 07, 2020 11:45am
Mick, So jupiter mines relisted without wiping out its inital shareholders?
Comment by mick1888 on Jan 07, 2020 12:50pm
ewaltz, it's quite complicated but these couple of links should help explain; https://www.tshipi.co.za/who-we-are/our-shareholders https://www.tshipi.co.za/who-we-are/our-history the timeline is brilliant, click a year for a description of the activity. My understanding is that PL bought into Tshipi to kick start the mine development (just like here), then introduced an end user as a ...more

PG maybe fair to shareholders but we remain great baboon who is a crook
Comment by DASSIN on Jan 07, 2020 1:55pm
The best thing that can happen to us little shareholders, is that pallinghurst comes in and take control.
Comment by ewaltz22 on Jan 07, 2020 2:29pm
yes , just let pallinghurst buy us out
Comment by ewaltz22 on Jan 07, 2020 2:13pm
