Nemaska investors group on Facebook

Our group keeps growing and we are making contacts with other similar groups. We now have 280 members with a collective holding of approximately 12 Millions shares of NMX. Collectively the retail investors in NMX hold 60% of Nemaska Lithium stocks. This is our company and we don't intend to accept that others will rob it from us. We are proposing the following plan"1. Our Association of small retail NMX investors (APAN ) urges the Qubcois-Ressouces Qubec government to invest in interest-free loans the sum of 200,000,000 (two hundred million $) in NMX. 2. APAN urges a Canadian government agency to invest to invest in an interest-free loan the sum of $ 200,000,000 (two hundred million dollars) in NMX. 3. APAN urges NMX to offer large investors the purchase of 500,000,000 (500 million shares) at a price of $ 0.25 to generate $ 125 million. 4. APAN urges NMX to offer small investors the purchase of 500,000,000 (500 million shares) at a price of $ 0.25 to generate $ 125 million. 5. That the CCAA judgment support these four requests from our APAN and allow NMX Inc. to be reinstated on the stock market. Alcide you are taking it too far... I was supporting the idea of an investor group to go after NMX and GB... I absolutley do not support the ideea of any governament loans to help the CORRUPT management of NMX...those loans are tax payers dollars...that means my dollars too and I do not chose to invest in NMX. just because of a bunch of not too bright investors that invested wrong and now they ...more

Sir your investment request will simply not happen ; youre call for 1 G investment and 400 M from the governments is pure speculations and there is not logic behind it!

desparation is deep...people can't believe how such a "good" company like NMX is going bankrupt... I also can't believe how people didn't get out while they could. I have been telling them daily how bad the deals were and where NMX was going...

Ofcourse there's logic in it. Governments invest in Jobs all over the Globe, Canada and Quebec are no different

NMX is not a job company...it's a cash burning corrupt company. Governaments should stay out of public sector. When Gov. starts their bailouts it creates corruption. If you receive $10,000 a month as bail out would you work? that's how companies are too...if they get bailouts they only pay themselves higher salaries and bonuses but the investor still doesn't benefit and TAX payers get ...more

you Socialists have to decide, if you are an investor then be an investor and that is not Socialist... If you are Socialist then don't invest, investing is capitalist... but that's how all Socialists are...they want everything for free as long as someone else pays for it... All Socialist Countries in History were corrupt top down. Regular people work 10-12 hrs while the elites make the ...more

mick, I told you many times... battery is all technology based it is not LI time goes by and new inventions and new technology comes up faster than NMX can get financing... you should read your local paper in UK...there are smart people in your neighborhood, why are you investing in a corrupt company in a corrupt province? New battery and power generator so no recharging needed...mick invest in ...more

Sir , they allready invested (1), the CAC governement is very pragmatic and they don't focus on the so called Plan Nord as much as the liberals did(2). When was the last time the Federal gouvernement invested in a Jr. mining project in Qc ?  And If was for jons then why did the Qc Gouvernement did not move for the last job lost announcements (Loblaws 600, Megablock 580???)  be ...more

Please don't get me wrong Value, I personally want Pallinghurst/Traxys JV to have a controlling stake regardless of the dilution (at least we'd have something). But I also think there's a role to play for the Government in a new and exciting industry where opportunities are massive.... :-)

Agreed but not as a bail out form existing common stock holders , maybe to protect their initial investment (Qc) as a prefred investor , but not as a white knight to rescue the reatil investors !
