Nemaska investors group on Facebook
Our group keeps growing and we are making contacts with other similar groups. We now have 280 members with a collective holding of approximately 12 Millions shares of NMX. Collectively the retail investors in NMX hold 60% of Nemaska Lithium stocks. This is our company and we don't intend to accept that others will rob it from us. We are proposing the following plan"1. Our Association of small retail NMX investors (APAN ) urges the Qubcois-Ressouces Qubec government to invest in interest-free loans the sum of 200,000,000 (two hundred million $) in NMX. 2. APAN urges a Canadian government agency to invest to invest in an interest-free loan the sum of $ 200,000,000 (two hundred million dollars) in NMX. 3. APAN urges NMX to offer large investors the purchase of 500,000,000 (500 million shares) at a price of $ 0.25 to generate $ 125 million. 4. APAN urges NMX to offer small investors the purchase of 500,000,000 (500 million shares) at a price of $ 0.25 to generate $ 125 million. 5. That the CCAA judgment support these four requests from our APAN and allow NMX Inc. to be reinstated on the stock market. Join us in this endeavor by joining our Nemaska Lithium investors group on facebook

Sir your investment request will simply not happen ; youre call for 1 G investment and 400 M from the governments is pure speculations and there is not logic behind it!

desparation is deep...people can't believe how such a "good" company like NMX is going bankrupt... I also can't believe how people didn't get out while they could. I have been telling them daily how bad the deals were and where NMX was going...

Ofcourse there's logic in it. Governments invest in Jobs all over the Globe, Canada and Quebec are no different

Please don't get me wrong Value, I personally want Pallinghurst/Traxys JV to have a controlling stake regardless of the dilution (at least we'd have something). But I also think there's a role to play for the Government in a new and exciting industry where opportunities are massive.... :-)

Agreed but not as a bail out form existing common stock holders , maybe to protect their initial investment (Qc) as a prefred investor , but not as a white knight to rescue the reatil investors !
