Debtors ask to extend the Bid Deadline
The Debtors ask to extend the Bid Deadline of the SISP to July 10, 2020.
So that means, as implied by Fitzgebbon, that they are not fully covered with the current bids.

Delay is very small and insignificant (10 days) just to let time to some bidders to complete due diligence. Do not meam chane date of submission of winning bidder to court July 20th, except if go through an auction process.

The 10-day extension could mean a lot of things, but it is brief enough that it likely is simply required for review/negotiation/drafting to be completed (i.e. the process is not derailed). Has anyone seem an actual court order?

On Facebook I am seeing a "the content isn't available message..." for the draft order.

Thanks. As expected, the (draft) order doesn't provide any rationale for the extension.

For 10 days no need big explanation, and do not meam July 20th for judge approval move. No more mention of possible auction in last pwc report. Overall very efficient LACC process, look NAL (Raymond Chabot) delay, and and delays, monitor is not able to get feedback from IQ or CATL for offers on the table.

Additional IQ fund not new info, IQ head already claim in interview 2 months ago plan to participate in NMX restructuration. Doubt bidder worry of Cantore claim related to 3% Whabouchi royalty fees, NMX can purchase back 1% royalty for $1M after mine in operation.

Victor Cantor's creditor claim is $101 million, at the present time claim has not been disallowed.
