Dear Directors

 

It is indeed a difficult decision you will all face in the days ahead in determining the future of such a great project. The hopes and dreams of many ordinary people now rests on your shoulders. These same people had a belief in their communities, their institutions, their businesses and had aspirations to be part of something really big and transformational in their country. That belief is Nemaska Lithium.

 

Please do not let them, us, you down when it comes to making a choice on the future of Nemaska Lithium. We are all in this together, we all want to stay part of the Nemaska Lithium story for a very long time. We, the existing shareholders are one with Nemaska Lithium.

 

I know you will all do your duty to the best of your capabilities, and I hope and pray at the end of the days ahead, you will have peace of mind with the choices you make.

Mick, the only thing you guys don't understand with these letters is that "The Decision Makers" are not in charge The buyer is in charge. If top bid is not enough, you can't force the bidder to pay more. You can decide not to sell, in this case if you don't sell the secured lenders take it over and sell it I think the secured lenders have more pull then the directors. You

Exactly, well said... All LONGS would have gone nuts (2 years ago) if NMX was to buy a "new X junior" for way too much money just so they can save the "new X junior" old stupid investors and dilute the $hit out of NMX LONGS... All companies have someone to answer to except NMX, they didn't need to answer to anyone because they had way too much support from the brainwashed

Great message, Mick. If everything works out in existing shareholders' favour, then those who have actually done something to try to achieve this result (organizers of shareholders, members of shareholders' groups, letter writers, writers and subjects of press interviews and articles) can feel good that they have contributed to a positive outcome.
