Expectations
Only the board knows the offers. IQ or Fitz know all the offers. I was pretty confident in a merger/acquisition. But after Fitz's comments I now think it is a 50/50 chance. In this scenario, the share price would be $0.50-$1.00, as previously stated.
If there is no merger/acquisition offer, then with 8 financing offers, I think it should be between $0.10 to $0.30 per share. The new investors are already prepared to pay $1billion to get this cash flow machine going. One would think they should be willing to pay at least an additional $85 million ($0.10/share for existing shareholders) in valuation (not cash) to outbid other investors. With some competition, it goes higher. The secured claims like Orion can go away by putting in a streamed agreement with the funding to complete the mine and factory.
Good luck shareholders. The curtain will open soon.

I meant to say IQ or Fitz do NOT know all offers.
