Creditors' role in SISP decision

Lorenzo says the creditors have a say in the winning bid, while Luna2020 says they don't. Who is right?

The creditors have zero say in the SISP process, The creditors claims amounts basically have to be settled first otherwise it would complicate NMX’s sale and investor solicitations process and delay NMX’s restructuring.

Incorrect, secured creditors have a say in the SISP process.  Cirque du Soleil secured creditors overturned investors taking over the company.

They have a say if the bid selected by the board doesn't make them whole.  In Cirque du Soleil there was a lot less investor interest.  Since secured creditors had to take a haircut, the had a say.  I don't see that here.  Its apples and oranges.   Cirque du Soleil is similar to Stornoway Diamond.  NMX is different - once fully operational is a cash ...more
