Why did Pallinghurst offer 25 cents last year?

They had access to all public information before they offered 25 cents along with existing shareholders. It's not like the projection of the price of lithium over 30 years has changed. Current financing was known. Pallinghurst convinced me to invest in NMX. I'll wait to hear the official settlement before I make my final judgment, but this does not look good.

I hope we finally hear about this soon. Not only do I lose money, but I have to worry about this for way too long.
