60% discount to Orion and Softbank. This is now said to be the big problem with the capital structure. It was not the bonds, but the 60% discount to these two entities. This was not a discount that was made public, but only disclosed to a big investor like Pallinghurst?

April 12/18 NR- Orion will receive 60% of sales proceeds from such stream products....April 06..Softbank’s purchases will be at the pre-agreed discount.

Orion received 60% on 2500 tons (jusy 6% of production) in exchange of US$75 millions loan, as soon loan and interest payback it end. Very classical streaming agreement

Sofbank includs discount but not 60%, Fitz tweak numbers, he is angry to have to deal with a mess he inherit after disaster, but this is political game you take responsability of present and past. If NMX was a huge success do you think Fitz will praise past government fot wise investment ;-)

I guess Fitz wanted to keep as much of the lithium sold in Quebec for the whole battery chain he would like. Was too much lithium sold outside of Quebec? The contracts were all short term (5 years or less) I thought...
